All Cabins

Without linen, bedding/blankets, pillows:

Low Season: $165 for two people per night, $35 each additional person (pn), $25 per child under 16 (pn).

High Season: $200 for two people per night, $40 each additional person (pn), $25 per child under 16 (pn).

With linen, bedding/blankets, pillows:

Low Season: $180 for two people per night, $40 each additional person (pn), $25 for a child under 16 (pn).

High Season: $230 for two people per night, $45 each additional person (pn), $30 for a child under 16 (pn).

High Season: 1st December to the end of January, Easter.

Terms and Conditions

• Prices are for 2 adults. Adults are 16 and over.
• 3 nights minimum stay for all accommodation.
• 5 nights minimum stay for all accommodation from 22. Dec – 30. Jan.
• We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. Full payment is required four weeks before arrival (high season), otherwise one week.
• Sorry we don’t have credit card facilities.
• Clark Bay Cottages reserves the right to change rates without notice, however every effort will be made to notify of any changes.
• Arrival time: between 2pm and 6pm. Departure time: before 10am.
• Sorry no pets (we want to encourage the birds and wildlife).

Changes or Cancellation

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we will provide a refund of your deposit less administration costs if you need to cancel the booking and we can re-let the accommodation. If you cancel your holiday and the cabin cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. Non-receipt of any outstanding balance of your holiday when due will be regarded as a cancellation. If we do succeed in re-letting the cabin, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid.
